Blueberry Cheesecake

Here is the no bake blueberry cheesecake I made last March 08 which happens to be my hubby's birthday. I wasn't able to take a picture of the whole cheesecake because the digicam wasn't available after I made it. I brought around two slices in the office to share it with friends and they loved it.





I am planning to make mango panna cotta today. I'll buy ingredients later when we go to Ayala Mall after Manny Pacquio's boxing fight.
